About the role

Within Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), the Experience (AUTA-X) team provides a best-in-class internship experience (onboarding, early career development, and offboarding) to engage and retain top diverse early career talent. AUTA-X is seeking a Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations across the internship lifecycle globally. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our high touch programming agenda, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming, aligned to AUTA priorities
  • Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals
  • Partnership with other Program Managers to force multiply specialized programming innovations
  • Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance experience and program outcomes
  • Gain operational efficiencies through AI-powered chatbots, ML, and AI-assisted content generation, while maintaining program quality
  • Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2's, QBRs and lesson learn documents

Basic qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques

Pay

  • USA, VA, Arlington - $55,600.00 - $97,400.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle - $80,200.00 - $97,400.00 USD annually

Schedule

This role requires ability to work across multiple time zones, including AMER, EMEA, APJC, and LATAM which may result in starting your day earlier or ending your working day later on a regular occurrence to support the global team.
