EAP Consultant/ Counselor

About the role

Emplify Health is hiring for a full-time EAP Consultant. The EAP Consultant provides assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling services to clients utilizing EAP for a variety of personal, family, and work-related concerns. In addition, the role directs all EAP services for assigned contracts, develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling to EAP clients
• Address personal, family, and work-related concerns
• Direct all EAP services for assigned contracts
• Develop and deliver EAP training and education to employees and managers
• Support tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• 2 years experience in mental health counseling, human services, or social work in a hospital or clinic setting
• Wisconsin licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Iowa and Minnesota licensure in one of the above required within 90 days of hire

Schedule

• FTE: 1.0 (80 hours bi-weekly / 40 hours weekly)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, core business hours
• Location: Hybrid model — two days remote, three days in office in Tomah, WI
