E-learning Design Specialist

eLearning Specialist Employment Type: Contract Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $31-$56/hr Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Specialist to join our client’s Learning & Development team. This role will partner closely with Instructional Designers and Learning & Development leaders to develop highly interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint, along with strong visual design and multimedia skills. This individual should be comfortable managing projects independently from concept through completion while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop highly interactive, engaging, and effective eLearning courses and digital learning materials.Partner with Instructional Designers to translate learning objectives into effective digital learning experiences.Develop instructional materials across a variety of media and formats.Maintain, revise, and upgrade existing eLearning modules and learning assets.Use Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, and other eLearning authoring tools to create training content.Identify and incorporate appropriate graphics, images, animations, and other visual assets.Record, edit, and integrate voiceovers, audio, sound, and music into eLearning modules.Perform quality assurance testing of eLearning content, including text, functionality, interactivity, and overall user experience.Correct issues identified during QA reviews and ensure final learning materials meet quality standards.Recommend appropriate eLearning tools, templates, platforms, and development approaches. Qualifications Previous experience developing eLearning courses, digital training, or instructional content.Proficiency with eLearning authoring and development tools, particularly:Articulate StorylineAdobe CaptivateMicrosoft PowerPointExperience creating interactive and multimedia-based learning content.Strong visual and instructional design skills.Experience editing and incorporating graphics, audio, voiceovers, and other multimedia elements.Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot eLearning content and functionality.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. #PROTEMP Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements .
