About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education on respiratory therapy equipment and techniques
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of respiratory therapy equipment
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Experience in respiratory therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory diseases and treatments
• Skilled in patient assessment and intervention
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
