Ensure accuracy and readiness before launch
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner across marketing, creative, SEO, paid media, and operations
Drive alignment to deliver seamless campaigns
Performance & Experience
Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
Improve customer journey through insights and testing
What You'll Bring
- Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or campaign management
Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience working in global or matrix organizations (Preferred) - Skills And Attributes
Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and promotional execution
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience using tools such as Monday.com, Asana, and Trello
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with platforms such as Contentsquare, GA4, and Google/Microsoft Suite (Preferred)
Understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce best practices (Preferred)
Physical Requirements

Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
