About the role
WeBox is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze product performance, work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and optimal product sourcing, and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to determine product popularity, trends, and customer preferences.
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to align product strategies with customer demand.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new products and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on product performance and inventory metrics.
- Aid in the development and execution of product launch strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, product analysis, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- One (1) year related work experience.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Pay
The base salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
