We specialize in supplying households with genuine, high-performance home entertainment devices—including the flagship SuperBox S6, S7, and S8 series—backed by verifiable serial numbers, official manufacturer warranties, and dedicated customer care. In high-value consumer electronics e-commerce, outstanding hardware and persuasive marketing mean nothing if customer packages arrive late, damaged, or misrouted. When a customer purchases a flagship entertainment box, they expect prompt dispatch, real-time tracking transparency, and pristine unboxing presentation. We are seeking a meticulous, commercially minded E-commerce Order Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to assume operational command over our day-to-day fulfillment workflows, coordinate seamlessly with our domestic third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners, eliminate shipping exceptions, and preserve flawless inventory accuracy across all device lines. Schedule & Working Arrangement This Is An Autonomous Remote Position Requiring Reliable Alignment With Core US Business Hours To Interface Directly With Domestic Warehouse Shifts And Carrier Pickup Windows Schedule: Monday through FridayWorking Window: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Flexible core overlap with US East Coast business hours) You will report directly to the Head of E-commerce and collaborate daily with our Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Leads, and Warehouse Operations teams. You will have full operational autonomy over daily order release queues, inventory audits, and carrier escalation tickets while participating in weekly supply chain reviews. Core Responsibilities Rather than mechanically approving shipping batches, you will manage physical order movement as a disciplined supply chain and customer satisfaction safeguard across several key functional areas: Daily Order Processing, Verification & Carrier Routing You will maintain rigorous command over our storefront order queues, ensuring every paid order is validated, batched, and transmitted to our warehouse fulfillment system prior to daily carrier pickup cut-offs. You will scrutinize incoming orders for potential shipping discrepancies, utilizing automated address validation tools to catch incomplete postal codes, unverified apartment numbers, or high-risk freight-forwarding addresses before labels are printed. You will optimize carrier routing rules across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post, balancing swift delivery transit times against shipping margin efficiency. 3PL Fulfillment Center Coordination & Dispatch Hygiene You will serve as the chief operational bridge between our e-commerce platform and our domestic US warehouse facilities. You will monitor warehouse fulfillment service level agreements (SLAs), verifying that same-day fulfillment benchmarks are consistently met and that tracking numbers sync back smoothly to WooCommerce and customer notification emails. When packing discrepancies, label mismatches, or warehouse delays emerge, you will liaise directly with warehouse supervisors to isolate root causes, prioritize backlogged orders, and ensure our fulfillment pipeline operates without friction. Inventory Control, Rebalancing & Stock Replenishment Forecasting You will maintain total visibility over on-hand inventory levels across multiple SKUs, including the flagship SuperBox S6, S7, and S8 models, as well as critical accessories such as Bluetooth voice remotes, replacement power adapters, and HDMI cables. You will conduct regular cycle-count reconciliations between storefront database quantities and actual warehouse physical counts, investigating shrinkage or allocation mismatches immediately. Working in tandem with our Media Buyer and leadership team, you will forecast stock burn rates ahead of major sales sprints, Black Friday surges, and holiday shopping seasons to prevent catastrophic stock-outs. Reverse Logistics, Return (RMA) Processing & Quality Audits Customer returns must be managed with equal precision to outward shipments. You will orchestrate our reverse logistics workflow, coordinating return merchandise authorization (RMA) tracking numbers and cross-referencing returned units against original order serial numbers. You will collaborate with warehouse return clerks to inspect returned goods, categorize units appropriately (unopened restock, minor repackaging, or defective warranty units designated for vendor credit), and notify our customer service desk to trigger prompt refunds or replacement dispatches. Transit Exception Resolution & Carrier Claims Governance Shipping exceptions represent a major friction point in direct-to-consumer e-commerce. You will actively track outbound shipments encountering transit delays, severe weather holds, misdeliveries, or “delivered but missing” carrier events. You will file and pursue carrier damage and loss insurance claims, compiling required commercial invoices and proof-of-dispatch documentation to recover business funds while collaborating with customer support to dispatch immediate replacements to impacted buyers. Candidate Profile & Qualifications We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented logistics coordinator who takes pride in data precision and possesses a strong practical grasp of North American consumer shipping networks. Proven E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Track Record Candidates must possess at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on order fulfillment and inventory management experience supporting direct-to-consumer physical product brands in the United States or Canada. You must be deeply familiar with commercial domestic courier ecosystems, rate tables, delivery transit windows, and common customs considerations for cross-border shipments into Canada. Prior experience managing consumer electronics, gadgets, or serialized inventory is a notable advantage. Tooling, ERP & Shipping Platform Competency You must demonstrate practical fluency working with modern shipping and order management platforms such as ShipStation, Shippo, ShippingEasy, or native WooCommerce order management ecosystems. You possess intermediate to advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, inventory formulas) to reconcile bulk order batches, track SKU allocations, and produce clean discrepancy reports. Familiarity with inventory tracking modules and warehouse management system (WMS) portals is essential. Critical Thinking, Analytical Precision & Communication You must exhibit an obsessive eye for detail where a single transposed digit in a tracking number or SKU code stands out immediately. You possess strong written communication skills, enabling you to deliver clear, professional updates to warehouse personnel, customer support agents, and shipping carrier account representatives. You remain calm, structured, and proactive during peak promotional volumes or unexpected courier supply chain disruptions. Home Office & Technical Requirements To ensure uninterrupted logistics monitoring, rapid label generation, and large-scale data manipulation: Hardware & Workstation: A dependable desktop or laptop running Windows 10/11 or macOS with at least 16 GB of RAM, capable of managing heavy multi-tab browser consoles, real-time warehouse dashboards, and large spreadsheet exports without freezing.Internet Connection: A secure, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload to support cloud database manipulation and video team calls.Productivity Tooling: Advanced comfort in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and team communication tools such as Slack and Asana.
