Fulfillment Inventory Coordinator
About the role
As Fulfillment Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Theatre Support Office and theatres running smoothly behind the scenes. From closed captioning equipment to IMAX glasses, you’ll ensure the right tools are in the right place at the right time—helping create an accessible and seamless moviegoing experience for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who loves staying organized, paying attention to details, and keeping systems running efficiently. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the business, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting large-scale equipment transitions as technology evolves.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for closed captioning equipment, projector filters, IMAX glasses, and other supplies
- Cook up and fulfill equipment and supply requests for theatres across the circuit
- Inspect, test, and repackage returned equipment for reuse at compatible locations
- Support inventory planning by tracking shipments and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies
- Assist with special projects, including system transitions and large-scale packing and shipping initiatives
Requirements
You will bring strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple inventories at once. Experience in theatre operations, projection, or a related environment is preferred. You will build positive working relationships across teams and communicate effectively. You will be comfortable working with data, tracking records, and performing basic calculations. You will thrive in a collaborative office setting and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
