Fulfillment Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, track, and store incoming inventory and supplies
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
- Run release-based fulfillment for product launches, including high-volume periods
- Lead fulfillment burst teams through release periods
- Cookordination, training, and setting the pace
- Aid with customer service, responding to and solving customer inquiries with clear, friendly, professional communication
- Manage the production of art prints and proofs to our quality standard
- Maintain inventory levels; flag and resolve supply needs before they become problems
- Keep all equipment (printers, label machines, workspace) maintained and reset between releases
- Pre-kit materials and prep inventory ahead of upcoming releases
- Spot opportunities to improve how we work and bring new ideas to the table
Requirements
- Smart and motivated, you pick things up fast and don't need to be told twice
- Eager to learn and unafraid to try new things, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, accuracy is the whole job
- Dependable and consistent, you take deadlines seriously and communicate early when risks come up
- Comfortable stepping up to coordinate a team when releases get busy
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, packing, standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable learning software, we'll train you on Shopify, ShipStation, Notion, and Google Drive
Qualifications
- Based in or able to commute reliably to Fresno, CA (on-site)
- Available and flexible during release cycles
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or print experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you the skills.
