E-Commerce and Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, year-round E-Commerce and Inventory Coordinator to join our small family business. This flexible position may include part-time hours on the sales floor during the summer months. The majority of your time will be spent off the sales floor managing purchase orders, web sales, and receiving shipments of outdoor winter apparel in the fall.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into our POS system.
• Manage soft goods receiving, including unpacking, pricing, adding security tags, checking in product, repacking, and distributing to our 3 sales floors.
• Assist our website manager with web sales year-round: check orders daily, notify staff to pull product, collect and pack items, and ship to customers.
• Learn sales floor processes and product knowledge to fill in and sell outdoor patio furniture in the summer and ski equipment in the winter when needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace.
• Ensure all customers are assisted in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous data entry experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A self-starter attitude with a desire to take pride in your work.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
