e-Builder Consultant
About the role
The e-Builder Consultant plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our clients. This role requires strong e-Builder and integration experience, and may involve some remote work and travel.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver a “higher level of service” as per Avicado’s mission statement
- Manage the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s e-Builder project management database
- Project manage the implementation schedule and custom reporting solutions
- Coordinate and deliver training including content and materials
- Promote software adoption by uncovering user barriers or resistance
- Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required
- Implement change management and invoicing e-Builder processes
- Integrate e-Builder with client financial systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of e-Builder experience
- Attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Construction industry, project management, data center construction, Technology industry, software implementations and administration, Customer Service industry, and construction project management systems
