Duty Drawback Value Delivery & Compliance Manager

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of the duty drawback program within established governance frameworks, ensuring timely, compliant claim processing and delivery of recovery value against enterprise targets.
• Own the reconciliation and transparency of planned, eligible, claimed, and recovered amounts, identifying variances and value leakage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity through robust controls, SOPs, and validation processes.
• Cook with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and Logistics to ensure accurate data, claim readiness, and value recovery.
• Provide operational reporting on claim status, recovery performance, compliance, and risks, while supplying execution insights to planning and value realization processes.
• Validate inputs from planning and logistics, escalate risks and compliance gaps, and drive continuous improvement through enhanced efficiency, data quality, documentation, and automation, while adhering to all Voyager governance and operational standards.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in duty drawback, customs compliance, or trade operations
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Duty Drawback regulations
• Experience in audit handling and compliance documentation
• Experience working with ERP and trade compliance systems
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills
