Dunkin' Store Manager- Modern Travel Centers, Binghamton, NY
Position Summary
The Dunkin’ Manager oversees all daily operations of a high-volume Dunkin’ café and drive-thru within our modern travel centers. This role requires an active, hands-on leader who can navigate peak rush periods, manage financial performance, and cultivate a talent pipeline. Operational Excellence
- Maintain strict Dunkin’ brand standards, product quality, food safety, and overall cleanliness across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.
- Manage labor and food costs, minimize waste, and enforce strict inventory and cash controls.
- Cultivate a "guest-first" culture that ensures prompt, accurate, and friendly service; resolve customer feedback professionally.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular coaching sessions to foster a positive, people-first working environment.
Financial Performance
- Drive sales and maximize profit by managing labor and food costs, minimizing waste, and enforcing strict inventory and cash controls.
Guest Experience
- Cultivate a "guest-first" culture that ensures prompt, accurate, and friendly service; resolve customer feedback professionally.
Administration
- Manage product ordering, inventory par levels, shift reconciliations, safe deposits, and regulatory/brand compliance paperwork.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and basic tech proficiency (MS Office); ServSafe certification preferred.
