Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict Wendy’s brand standards, product quality, food safety, and overall cleanliness across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular coaching sessions to foster a positive, people-first working environment.
  • Drive sales and maximize profit by managing labor and food costs, minimizing waste, and enforcing strict inventory and cash controls.
  • Cultivate a "guest-first" culture that ensures prompt, accurate, and friendly service; resolve customer feedback professionally.
  • Manage product ordering, inventory par levels, shift reconciliations, safe deposits, and regulatory/brand compliance paperwork.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a comparable restaurant brand (required).
  • QSR or fast-casual experience preferred.
