As a German-English Customer Service Specialist, you will work 100% remotely from the comfort of your own home, with no travel or office obligations. You’ll be the friendly voice and support pillar for our customers, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally via phone, live chat, and email.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide effective, tailored solutions.
• Strengthen customer relationships by delivering personal, reliable, and friendly service.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written proficiency in both German and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (remote work experience is a plus).
• Experience with multilingual customer support is highly valued.
• Experience with software such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is beneficial but not required.
• A calm, empathetic demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.

Technical requirements

• A reliable PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
• A stable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
