About the role
The attorney selected will be responsible for all aspects of prosecution of misdemeanor offenses in the Douglas County Judicial Circuit.Responsibilities
- Filing of accusations

- Appeal
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree required
- Georgia Bar license required or law student eligible to practice under the 3rd Year Practice Act
- Must be registered as a member of the Georgia State Bar Association or 3rd Year Practice Act eligible
- Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license
