Due Diligence Department Manager
About the role
This position requires a commitment to manage the department for continued growth with a strong emphasis on business development and marketing initiatives. Other responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of environmental technicians and project managers (must supervise at least 2 full time employees), overseeing environmental services projects and report reviews, preparing proposals for environmental services, managing departmental P&L, and assisting other senior staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or a discipline related to Environmental Science; Master's degree preferred
- 5-10 years of Geology, Environmental Engineering or related experience
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license highly desirable
Military Qualifications
- E-6/E-7/O-2/O-3 military ranks qualifying for this position if they also meet the education and licenses requirements from the above section titled "Required Qualifications"
