Duck Creek Quality Analyst

Role Description Job Title: Specialist - Quality Engineering Primary Technical Skills (Must Have) The Duck Creek Onshore QA with 7 to 8 years of an experience is responsible for leading quality assurance activities across Duck Creek implementations with a primary focus on Commercial Lines insurance solutions This role provides onshore QA leadership governance and coordination for offshore QA teams to ensure consistent quality test coverage and delivery alignment The QA Lead defines test strategies oversees test planning and execution and ensures compliance with business and regulatory requirements Close collaboration with business stakeholder’s developers and program leadership is essential to support successful releases Prior experience with Duck Creek implementations is strongly preferred Secondary Technical Skills (Nice To Have Skills, Not Mandatory) Experience working in Agile delivery environmentsDefect lifecycle management and regression testing Responsibilities Lead and manage offshore QA teams to create comprehensive test plans detailed test cases and execute manual and automated test scriptsDefine and own the overall test strategy for Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modules within Commercial Lines insurance programsReview and approve testing artifacts ensuring alignment with functional requirements business rules and industry best practicesCoordinate testing activities across system testing integration testing regression testing and end-to-end validation cyclesOversee defect management processes including triage root cause analysis prioritization and validation of fixesAct as the primary onshore QA point of contact for stakeholders providing regular status updates quality metrics and release readiness assessmentsEnsure adherence to testing standards tools and processes driving continuous improvement and efficiency across QA operationsLeverage prior Progressive Commercial Lines Duck Creek experience to guide domain accurate testing and reduce risk Other Details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
