Dual Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with clients, sell hotel services, and manage the booking process through the Delphi or CI system.
• Understand the market, including competitor strengths, economic trends, and supply/demand to inform sales strategies.
• Ensure booked business aligns with hotel parameters and close the best opportunities based on market conditions.
• Utilize White Lodging marketing initiatives to secure business and meet sales targets.
• Develop forecasts to support efficient planning and inform pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to identify and address revenue generation issues through strategic action plans.
• Provide sales leadership by inspiring and holding team members accountable to goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Mastery of both reactive and proactive sales processes, and familiarity with complex business decisions and contract management.
• A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent hotel experience.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience.
