Dual Recovery Clinician - PACT
About the role
Riverside Community Care is seeking a Dual Recovery Clinician to join our community-based Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program based in Needham and serving the surrounding area. PACT is an evidence-based model providing comprehensive recovery-oriented mental health services to people living with serious mental illness who may also have substance use problems and/or involvement with the criminal justice system. PACT services are highly individualized and delivered by a mobile, community-based, multidisciplinary team of dedicated staff who work with individuals to meet their unique rehabilitation and clinical needs, improve functioning, and enhance their roles within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, engagement, direct service, and program consultation for persons receiving services who are dealing with co-occurring substance use disorder and psychiatric illness.
- Guide PACT team staff through training and modeling to develop and implement effective interventions supporting individuals in their dual recovery journey.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree with Independent Licensure or LADCI, LADC2, LICSW, or LMHC required.
