Dual Rate Supervisor Full Time The Vanderpump Hotel

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deal several table games on an assigned shift
• Show working knowledge of all (multiple) table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each
• Ensure coin and check racks are always full
• Handle disputes arising from guests in the Table Games area, escalating difficult issues to the Casino Manager
• Interact with guests and model interactive skills with them and fellow employees
• Be alert to unusual or suspicious activities and report them to assigned superiors
• Observe and assist when needed in conflicts between Table Games employees and gaming guests
• Counsel, guide, coach, and instruct assigned personnel in proper performance of duties
• Prepare and coordinate periodic performance reviews of assigned personnel

Qualifications

• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, in a professional manner
• A neat and professional appearance
• A minimum age of 21
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• A minimum of 2 years pit operation experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to Pit operations
• Alcohol, NV and Gaming License, NV
