As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence, promoting well‑being, and helping them connect with their communities. This role involves building meaningful relationships and making a tangible difference.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Driver’s License held for 18+ months with a clean driving history
• Successful completion of DDI’s Transportation Orientation

Pay

Hourly rate $21.00 – $23.10/hour for full‑time positions. Candidates who do not meet the driver‑license requirement may be offered a starting rate of $19.00/hour.

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑4:00pm (full‑time, benefits eligible)
• Monday‑Friday 10:00am‑2:00pm (part‑time, no benefits)
• Monday‑Friday 11:00am‑2:00pm (part‑time, no benefits)
