About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Foster independence and promote well-being
• Help individuals connect with their communities

Requirements

• Valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history
• Successful completion of DDI's Transportation Orientation (new hires not meeting this criteria will start at $19.00/hour)

Pay

Hourly: $21.00 – $23.10/hour

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Part-Time: Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
• Part-Time: Monday-Friday 11am-2pm
