About the role
Support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
- Socialize and support community involvement, independent living skills, and advocacy for rights, needs, and preferences
- Maintain health and well-being, reporting changes as necessary
- Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings
Requirements
- No prior experience or formal education required—training provided
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record, passing a Motor Vehicle Check
- Passing a DHS background check for a safe and trusted environment
Qualifications
- Genuine heart for helping others
- Comfort with basic computer use for documentation and communication
- Ability to read and write in English for clear communication

Pay
$17.00/hr. Wage increases to $17.50/hr after six months of consistent employment.
