About the role

Support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
• Socialize and support community involvement, and develop independent living skills
• Advocate for people with identified needs' rights, needs, and preferences
• Monitor health and well-being and report changes as needed
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record, with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• Pass a DHS background check, creating a safe and trusted environment for those we serve

Qualifications

• No prior experience or formal education required—training provided
• Comfort with basic computer use to document care and stay connected with the team
• Read and write in English for clear communication and quality support

Pay

$17/hr upon completion of six months of consistent employment, with the potential for a wage increase to $17.50/hr after six months.

Shifts available: Sat 8-8, M/T 2-9, F 2-10, M/F 2-9M/T/F 8-2, S/S 2-10, M/T/W/F 8-2
