About the role
The DSD Order Selector / Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment. This role involves loading, unloading, stacking, scanning products, and printing labels. The position also includes completing paperwork, cycle counts, and performing daily safety inspections.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move products or materials.
- Load, unload, and store products and materials in designated areas.
- Use equipment to scan product and print labels as needed.
- Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as required.
- Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
- Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
- Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
- May perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Pass background and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.

The approximate pay range for this job is $17.94 - $26.94.
