Job Responsibilities

• Foster a meaningful relationship between the residents and their community
• Assist residents with their daily living and independence skills/personal care

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful clearance of background check, physical, and drug screen
• Reliable and responsible attitude
• Show compassion and commitment to providing quality care to residents
• Able to lift 40 pounds, unassisted

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED for DSP positions
• 4-year Degree for DSP positions with higher pay scale

Pay

• Base pay: $20.00 Day Shift: $20.00/hour on weekdays: + $2 more per hour on weekends Sat/SunEvening Shift: $20.00/hour + $3.00 more per hour on weekdays M-F + $5.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/SunOvernight Shift: $20.00/hour+ $1.50 more per hour on weekdays M-F + $3.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
• For DSP with 4-year Degree: Base pay: $21.00 Day Shift: $21.00/hour on weekdays: + $2 more per hour on weekends Sat/SunEvening Shift: $21.00/hour + $3.00 more per hour on weekdays M-F + $5.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/SunOvernight Shift: $21.00/hour + $1.50 more per hour on weekdays + $3.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
