DSD Logistics Coordinator

About the role

You will act as the center of control, providing administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, expenses, purchasing, communications, and logistics for a military base facility, where a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID is required for access.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, executing activities and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage budget, expenses, and purchasing processes.
• Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately.
• Handle archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy.
• Complete and update reports, maintaining systems and data.
• Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested.
• Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training.

Requirements

• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for access to a military base facility).
• Experience in administration and support roles.
• Highly developed customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and anticipate needs.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $46,500 to $58,150, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. This role is also eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
