Schedule: Mon 7am-3pm, Tues 7am-3pm, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri 11am-7pm, Sat 7am-3pm, Sun 9am-5pm
What You’ll Do
- Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service
- Support and coach team members
- Manage supplies and product organization
- Drive membership and retail sales
- Cook up group events and social media content
- Open and close the salon as a key holder

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership
- 21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
