What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads
- Drive membership sales, retail sales, and overall shop performance
- Train new team members
- Manage scheduling and daily operations
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Coach team members and support their growth
- Monitor business goals and key performance metrics
- Manage inventory and shop standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience leading a team and achieving sales goals
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven
- Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience preferred

- Starting salary $50,000+

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Must be available Tuesday-Saturday
- Must be flexible to work both opening and closing shifts
- Occasional additional hours as needed to support the business
