Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for production and packaging of dry ice in accordance to customer orders.
- Safely operate a forklift and other machinery to load, sort, stage, and transport equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Day-to-day safety and operation of dry ice plant equipment, including block, extrusion equipment and saws.
- Troubleshooting and routine maintenance of dry ice equipment.
- Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitors.
- Adhere to the CK Core Values through behavior and words.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be capable of completing basic mathematical calculations and entering correct information on logs and other reports.
- Capable of working in diverse and often times unpleasant weather conditions.
- Must be able to work independently.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
- Must be able to lift or move products up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Visual acuity as needed to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
- Must be able to hear safety alarms and alerts to ensure safety of coworkers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in noisy, loud conditions, that at times will require PPE.
- Work in all seasons of outdoor weather conditions.

Required Safety Equipment
- All proper safety equipment must be worn according to company policies and regulations including safety glasses, safety boots, and ear protection.
Salary
$18 - $20 per hour
