We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Apply by ..." lines, "Employment Type", etc. Also remove "Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range."? That's part of salary details but maybe keep? It's not boilerplate; it's about salary. Keep. We need to parse the posting. Company: Alaska Airlines. Team description: "Guided by our purpose..." That's about the team/company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have: - Role Summary: description of Drug Abatement Representative variable-time position, responsibilities, schedule flexibility, etc. This could go under "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The Role Summary is more about the role. We'll put under

About the role

with paragraphs. - Key Duties: list of duties. That's responsibilities. So

Responsibilities

with
  • each duty. - Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required: list of required qualifications. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We can split: maybe "Requirements" for experience, education, etc. "Skills" for preferred? But we have both required and preferred. Could do "Requirements" for required, "Preferred Qualifications" maybe but not in list. The instruction only allows those headings; we can still use "Qualifications" for required and "Skills" for preferred? Or combine. We need to avoid empty sections. We have content for both required and preferred. Could make "Requirements" for required (experience, education, etc.) and "Skills" for preferred (certifications, knowledge, etc.). Also we have "Job-Specific Leadership Expectations" which could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not in list; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements or Skills. But we should not create extra headings not listed. Could embed within Requirements as a paragraph. - Salary Range: Starting - / year (empty). Then Salary Details: Pay will be based on multiple factors... Also Total Rewards: list of benefits (Free stand-by travel privileges, Generous 401k match program, Annual bonus plans). That's benefits. So we can have

    Benefits

with list. - Pay: we have salary details but no specific number. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Pay will be based on multiple factors... but no specific number. Is that enough to create a Pay section? It says "Pay will be based on multiple factors...". That's still pay info, albeit not a number. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they state "Pay will be based on multiple factors...". That's not a placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? It's somewhat vague but still states something. I'd say we can include a Pay section with that sentence. However they also have "Salary Range Starting - / year" which is placeholder. We should not include that line as it's placeholder. We'll include the Pay details paragraph. - Schedule: The posting mentions variable-time, flexible schedule, 24/7, etc. That's schedule info. So we can have

    Schedule

with paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Government Contractor, etc. Also remove "Apply by ..." lines, "Employment Type", "FLSA Status", etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the team description, role summary, duties, required experience, education, skills, preferred qualifications, leadership expectations, salary details, benefits, schedule. We must not repeat job title. Not include "Job ID". Not include "Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range."? That's substantive about salary; we can keep it maybe as part of Pay section. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or , no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

The Drug Abatement Representative is a variable-time (VT) position responsible for conducting drug and alcohol testing on a 24/7 basis. Testing may occur at any time, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. As a member of the Drug Abatement team, you will sign up for and complete tests for employees working at your assigned location. While you have flexibility in determining when and how often you work, you are required to meet the minimum workdays and/or hours outlined in departmental and company policies. Representatives must maintain sufficient availability to support testing needs across all operational hours and ensure assigned tests are completed in a timely manner. You are also responsible for coordinating with the local collection team, where applicable, to ensure all assigned tests are completed. Schedules vary by location and testing demand, with opportunities for additional hours based on operational needs. Flexibility, reliability, and adherence to established departmental expectations are essential to successfully supporting the company's drug and alcohol testing program.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct drug and alcohol testing, including urine, oral fluid, and breath specimen collections, in compliance with applicable federal regulations, state laws, company policies, and established testing procedures.
    • Coordinate and complete assigned testing activities across multiple workgroups and operational schedules to support timely compliance with testing requirements.
    • Apply critical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills when handling testing-related situations, including direct-observation collections, testing refusals, and other regulatory testing scenarios, seeking guidance as appropriate.
    • Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, inventories, and expense submissions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, leaders, collection teams, and business partners to provide guidance on testing procedures, program requirements, and company policies while fostering positive working relationships.
    • Collaborate with station leadership, local collection teams, and fellow Drug Abatement team members to support testing operations, compliance objectives, and operational coverage.
    • Assist with regulatory, legal, or labor-related matters involving drug and alcohol testing by providing information, documentation, or testimony when required.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, company policies, testing procedures, and evolving program needs.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support Drug Abatement operations, compliance objectives, and evolving business needs.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, compliance, operations, healthcare, human resources, law enforcement, or a related field.
    • Reside within 25 miles (or a reasonable commuting distance) of the designated airport location.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel, to support a 24/7 testing operation.
    • Ability to learn and perform drug and alcohol testing procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum age of 18.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    Skills

    • Current or previous certification as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Urine Specimen Collector and/or Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).
    • Experience conducting drug and/or alcohol specimen collections in a regulated environment.
    • Knowledge of U.S. DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including 49 CFR Part 40, FAA 14 CFR Part 120, and DOT Urine Specimen Collection Procedures Guidelines.
    • Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.
    • Experience providing guidance, training, or support on compliance-related processes and procedures.
    • Ability to facilitate training sessions, deliver presentations, and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
    • Knowledge of airline operations, safety-sensitive positions, and operational environments.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and workflow management tools, with the ability to learn and utilize operational systems and applications.

    Leadership Expectations

Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be caring and kind, and deliver performance.

But "Leadership Expectations" is not in the allowed headings list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It might be okay to use other headings if they are appropriate, but the examples given are those. Safer to stick to those headings only. We could incorporate Leadership Expectations into Requirements or Skills as a paragraph. Let's add it under Requirements as an extra bullet or paragraph. We need to avoid creating extra headings not in the list. So we should not have Leadership Expectations heading. Instead we can add a bullet under Requirements: "Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be caring and kind, and deliver performance." Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Qualifications? We have Requirements and Skills; Qualifications could be merged but we have both. The instruction says we can use those headings; we can choose to use Requirements and Skills. Qualifications could be omitted if we don't have distinct content. We have required experience/education (requirements) and preferred certifications/knowledge (skills). That's fine. Now Benefits: we have list: Free stand-by travel privileges on Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines & Horizon Air; Generous 401k match program; Annual bonus plans. Also maybe other benefits? That's it. Pay: we have "Salary Details Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees. Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range."
