Duties
- Delivering packages from site to site
- Transporting patients to and from home and back to CHP medical appointments
- Supporting medical outreach and education in a timely manner
- Providing front office support as needed
Requirements
- Operating the CHP 40 ft., Mobile Clinic
- Arriving early to outreach events to get the Mobile clinic ready for patient care
- May be required to work nights and weekends to support outreach activities
