Driver's Assistant

About the role

An OTC Driver's Assistant contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing or pharmacy patrons.

Responsibilities

• Rides in cab of truck with assigned driver and assists driver in navigation
• Assists driver in loading truck, distributing weight evenly, forming compact load and utilizing space
• Performs appropriate use and upkeep of all equipment provided by AHF/OTC (including, but not limited to, pagers, safety belt, dollies, etc.)
• Gives stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF and encourages customers to return to an OTC and recommend it to others
• Supports better sales performance to increase AHF's ability to serve more clients
