Driver's Assistant

About the role

An OTC Driver's Assistant contributes to AHF’s mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing, and pharmacy patrons.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain all equipment provided by AHF/OTC (including, but not limited to, pagers, safety belt, dollies, etc.) in an appropriate manner.
• Ride in the cab of the truck with the assigned driver and assist the driver with navigation.
• Assist the driver in loading the truck, distributing weight evenly, forming a compact load, and utilizing space efficiently.
• Provide standout service that enhances AHF’s reputation and encourages customers to return to an OTC and recommend it to others.
• Help improve sales performance, thereby increasing AHF’s ability to serve more clients.
