Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and educate them on our training process, fleet options, income potential, and the benefits of working for Roehl.
- Make informed hiring decisions to ensure we hire highly motivated and qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Effective and timely communication with a diverse audience.
- Persuasive speaking skills.
- Effective time-management.
- Collaboration abilities.
- Strong desire to develop and learn new skills.
Experience
- One year of experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road carrier is preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Tenstreet is a plus.
