Essential Job Duties
- Recruit prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily
- Take and make high volumes of calls
- Use an applicant tracking software proficiently to monitor applicants
- Screen and prequalify applicants through the use of reports
- Schedule and confirm applicants
- Maintain and meet KPI’s and quotas such as number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls
Qualifications
- Knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes. RTI can provide on the job training
- Organization and time management skills required
- Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work with a team
- Must be highly adaptable
