Job Description

• Respond to inquiries from prospective drivers and conduct phone pre-screening for potential candidates
• Conduct background checks on qualified candidates
• Have knowledge of MVR and DAC reports

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety is a plus.
• Knowledge of MVR and DAC reports
• Experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety required
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Previous work experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented and great interpersonal skills
