Driver Recruiter
Position Summary
Manages recruitment and employment processes, supporting multiple hiring managers across various regions.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Sources, recruits, and hires nonexempt and exempt candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and ensure candidate qualifications.
- Utilizes diverse methods to identify candidates, including referrals, networking, job postings, and resume searches.
- Engages in community activities and job fairs to enhance candidate interest and company visibility.
- Manages internal job openings and facilitates transfer processes.
- Conducts phone screening interviews using behavioral techniques for candidate assessment.
- Refers qualified applicants to hiring managers and coordinates interview feedback.
- Tracks position fill status, resolves hiring barriers, and ensures accountability for staffing goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
