Position Summary

Manages recruitment and employment processes, supporting multiple hiring managers across various regions.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Sources, recruits, and hires nonexempt and exempt candidates in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and ensure candidate qualifications.
  • Utilizes diverse methods to identify candidates, including referrals, networking, job postings, and resume searches.
  • Engages in community activities and job fairs to enhance candidate interest and company visibility.
  • Manages internal job openings and facilitates transfer processes.
  • Conducts phone screening interviews using behavioral techniques for candidate assessment.
  • Refers qualified applicants to hiring managers and coordinates interview feedback.
  • Tracks position fill status, resolves hiring barriers, and ensures accountability for staffing goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
