Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide candidates with detailed information about the Company’s open positions and job expectations.
  • Accountable for meeting key metrics within the recruiting area to include meeting call targets, converting applicants to employees, and establishing a pipeline for future demands.
  • Understand the recruiting needs and demands of PTIs internal customers.
  • Responsible for understanding our operations, to attract drivers for current and future openings.
  • Create meaningful relationships with potential candidates and align the Company’s needs with the driver’s needs.
  • Have persistence and a sense of urgency to continue to meet and exceed goals.
  • Travel to CDL truck driving schools, career fairs, and industry events to actively recruit, interview, and engage prospective driver candidates.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Business or a related field required.
  • Two years of experience in sales or recruiting preferred.
  • One or more years transportation experience preferred.

Pay

Base Salary Range $50,000 to $60,000
Variable compensation typically $10- $40K

Schedule

Onsite position at the corporate office in De Pere, Wisconsin.
