Specific Responsibilities
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the Company’s open positions and job expectations.
- Accountable for meeting key metrics within the recruiting area to include meeting call targets, converting applicants to employees, and establishing a pipeline for future demands.
- Understand the recruiting needs and demands of PTIs internal customers.
- Responsible for understanding our operations, to attract drivers for current and future openings.
- Create meaningful relationships with potential candidates and align the Company’s needs with the driver’s needs.
- Have persistence and a sense of urgency to continue to meet and exceed goals.
- Travel to CDL truck driving schools, career fairs, and industry events to actively recruit, interview, and engage prospective driver candidates.

Education and Experience Requirements
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Business or a related field required.
- Two years of experience in sales or recruiting preferred.
- One or more years transportation experience preferred.
Pay
Base Salary Range $50,000 to $60,000
Variable compensation typically $10- $40K
Schedule
Onsite position at the corporate office in De Pere, Wisconsin.
