Job Description

We're seeking a top-tier Driver Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high-quality independent contractor drivers across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships, and influencing business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels to attract potential driver candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, driving experience, and compatibility with the independent contractor model.
• Onboarding: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
• Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with drivers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Promoting Company Culture: Communicate the values, mission, and benefits of working with the logistics company as an independent contractor.
• Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Compliance: Ensure all drivers meet legal and company-specific driving requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a similar industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address candidate concerns and challenges.
