Job Description
We're seeking a top-tier Driver Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high-quality independent contractor drivers across multiple markets. Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels to attract potential driver candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, driving experience, and compatibility with the independent contractor model.
- Onboarding: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with drivers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Promoting Company Culture: Communicate the values, mission, and benefits of working with the logistics company as an independent contractor.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Compliance: Ensure all drivers meet legal and company-specific driving requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a similar industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address candidate concerns and challenges.
