Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identification, and provide needed forms and information
• Conduct vision screenings and administer standardized knowledge tests
• Enter customer applications and test results into online systems
• Respond to customer questions and explain requirements for various license products
• Apply REAL ID rules, fee waiver guidelines, and Title VI requirements correctly
• Maintain an organized, clean, and accessible workstation

Requirements

• One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public
• Must meet the PA residency requirement
• Must be able to perform essential job functions
• A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports and passing a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment
