Driver - Full-Time, Weekly Home Time

About the Role

The Team Driver operates tractor-trailers in a team environment, transporting freight between facilities while adhering to safety and transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor for extended runs
• Safely operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances
• Navigate routes, ensure vehicle control, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
• Operate freight transportation tools and internal systems
• Lift objects, climb in/out of the cab, and handle physical tasks as required
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Certification, and endorsements (hazardous materials, tank vehicle, doubles/triples)
• At least 21 years old with a safe driving record
• Knowledge of vehicle safety systems and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Operate tractor-trailers for up to 11 hours, in all weather conditions
• Read and speak English sufficiently for communication and reporting
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing

Existing team members with both applying together are preferred.

Schedule

Five-day workweek with a typical schedule of 5 days on, 2 off.
