Driver - Full-Time

About the Role

Seeking a professional driver responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products from the warehouse to customers via tractor trailer, ensuring proper delivery and unloading according to company standards and customer invoices. The role involves maintaining food safety protocols, completing accurate paperwork, and operating equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products timely, handling unloading and loading, including damaged goods and returns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards, including DOT guidelines.
• Develop positive customer relationships through courteous and effective communication.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment safety, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and report issues promptly.
• Follow routes and schedules, and work independently, with flexibility for overtime and varied start times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and insurability required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hazard guidelines, and safe lifting/delivery practices.
• Ability to operate large vehicles across diverse terrains and weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic math.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds, handle equipment, and perform physical tasks like climbing and reaching.
• Work involves exposure to various weather conditions, noise, and occasional confined or high places.

Pay

This role offers competitive earning potential, including top earners making up to $150,000.
