Driver - Full Time - Multiple Shifts Available

About the role

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Drivers to join our Concord, MA team. As a Driver, you play an important role in our clients' recovery journey. Often serving as one of the first people they meet, you'll help ensure safe, dependable transportation while creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
• Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the treatment team
• Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Saturday–Wednesday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Pay

$19–$21 per hour, based on experience
