Driver Facilities Worker - PRN - Works As Needed - Sheyenne Crossings Care Center

Essential Functions

• Maintains, operates and schedules van or bus runs and the daily pickup and delivery of supplies as assigned.
• Responsible for the proper upkeep and minor maintenance of all Eventide fleet vehicles.
• Safely utilizes and operates tools and equipment.
• Transports residents or tenants to and from appointments and activities as scheduled and assigned.
• Utilizes the CMMS software work order system to check job assignments during each shift, making comments and labor adjustments in the system as needed.
• Manages and relates CMMS assignments to specific Eventide job sites.
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on Eventide vehicles as assigned and documents accordingly.
• Performs general building maintenance as needed and assigned by Facilities Manager.
• Performs grounds keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance to Eventide property.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under corporate insurance policy is required.

Qualifications

• Education, knowledge, and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work.

Skills

• Knowledge of CMMS software work order system.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of vehicles and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Pay

Compensation at Eventide is a competitive starting pay range of $17-19.04 for Van Driver Facilities Workers per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
