Pay

Competitive hourly wages starting at $30.00‑$38.00 per hour with opportunity for tips and overtime; $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Top Class A earnings can range between $70,000 and $120,000 per year (wages, tips, referral incentives, bonus included).

Responsibilities

• Hold a Class A driver’s license and have at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience with the moving industry is a plus; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, pack, load and unload vehicles as required.
• Write complete and accurate inventories of household contents, office goods or furniture when needed.
• Read, write and understand English; perform mathematical calculations for weights, measurements, volumes and distances.
• Transport shipments to and between warehouses, residences, commercial job sites and military bases.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on assigned truck to ensure travel worthiness.
• Assist in vehicle preparation before leaving the branch to ensure all materials are loaded.
• Maintain logs/ELDs.
• Provide excellent communication and teamwork; act as a leader guiding and organizing crew in line with the Olympia Way.
• Work early morning hours for dispatch and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Successfully complete background check, maintain a positive driving record and keep DOT medical card current.
