Driver CDL

Join Mondelēz International/NABISCO as a Driver CDL in Bismarck, North Dakota to help drive the future of snacking. Deliver our well-loved brands like Oreo, Ritz Crackers, Triscuit, Sour Patch, and Swedish Fish to stores and warehouses across northwest North Dakota and Montana.

About the role

This full-time position is based out of Bismarck, ND, and is attached to the Fargo Branch. The typical schedule includes deliveries on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with overnights, and Wednesday off—though this is subject to change based on customer demand and business needs. Weekly hours are 40.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to guarantee safety.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Maintain a customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.
• Adapt to changing routes and working schedules as needed.
• Work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
• Communicate vehicle issues and perform basic repairs if needed.

Requirements

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Must pass a drug test, MVR, and background check (DOT requirement to check the last 10 years).
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times.
• Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanics.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $28.40.
