Drill Operator (4-Day Work Week – Tues to Fri)

About the role

You will play an important role in our shop. You will work with an amazing team of tradespeople. You will learn about our world-class products and will have the opportunity to proudly apply your skills in machining on our equipment. Together as a team we will move our customers forward.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills, saws, grinding and drilling machines
• Translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings
• Perform work with great attention to detail and a goal-driven attitude
• Pay attention to the minute details of a project or task

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in Machine shop
• 2-3 years’ experience as a machine shop operator running mills, saws, grinding and drills
• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings
• Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude
• Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Able to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task

Pay

Standard Pay: $20+/hr.

Schedule

Standard hours: Tuesday-Friday 7am-5:30/6pm with the opportunity for overtime as needed.
