DRB fulfillment clerk - Duncansville PA

About the Role

This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The role is on-site in Duncansville, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Generate pick slips based on sales orders or production schedules using the company’s order management or warehouse system.
• Track and maintain records of all printed picklists to ensure proper order fulfillment.
• Communicate with the shipping and warehouse teams to confirm picklist statuses and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure pick slips are accurate and correspond to the correct orders and quantities.
• Monitor pick slip queues and prioritize printing to meet shipping deadlines.
• Update order tracking systems to reflect pick slip generation and order progress.
• Assist in identifying and reporting any issues related to order picking or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of pick slips and related documentation for audit and operational purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., inventory control, shipping) to streamline order processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or order processing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, or order processing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and shipping teams.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
